Dynamic Change in the Main Character

In my independent reading book The Last Apprentice, Thomas Wards the main character in the book changed from being a cowardice person into someone who is brave. Here is a quote in the book before he changed, "You, an apprentice to a spook! How can you do a job like that when you still can't even sleep without a candle?"(Page 8) Now here's a quote after he changed, "You see, rather than being filled with fear, i was all ice and fire, a full hot anger ready to explode."(Page 311)

The Last Apprentice

The Main character Tom is an apprentice of the Spook. To be an apprentice you have to be the seventh son of the seventh son. In the future I think that Tom will face many problems because being a Spook deals with supernatural things like boggarts, ghast, and witches.

Connection

My independent reading book is The Last Apprentice Revenge of The Witch. My book connects to Harry Potter. They are both similar because the main characters are kind of the same. This is a quote from my book "We're the seventh sons of seventh sons, and we have a gift of seeing things that others can't. But the gift can sometimes be a curse." In Harry Potter there is something similar to this, Harry has a scar on his head and it's a curse sometimes but it can be helpful to him.

Tsubasa(Topic: A,B and C)

I only have one chapter of the book, but i finished the whole series. The genres of the book is Fantasy,Romance. Basically the story is about two lovers, Syaoran and Sakura. Sakura loses her memories which have been scattered throughout different worlds and Syaoran and his companions are searching for them. I would recommend it to people who like that kind of stuff. The book has a deep meaning to it and it is very creative. Some of the favorite parts of the series was how the main character Syaoran acted. I liked most of his decisions because they were all for his lover Sakura, but i also think that's also one of the manga's weaknesses, how the charcters acted. They would sacrifice their lives for the people they love, but don't care what happen to themselves. I think that's only self satisfactory because if you die for the person you love, they won't think "Yay I'm alive," they'll just be sad because you aren't there with them. In the end of the manga series Syaoran and Sakura found the truth about themselves and confessed there love for each other and then Syaoran then decided to travel to other worlds leaving Sakura behind. His last words were "I'll be back for you, i promise." or something close to that.

Summary of Tsuabasa

The main character is Syaoran and Sakura. Syaoran is a commoner and Sakura is a princess. They both love each other but it is forbidden because of their status. When Syaoran went to scavenge some ruins, Sakura was their to give him his lunch but then she was resonating with the markings of the ruins. She is surrounded with feathers and they scattered everywhere. The bishop told Syaoran that her memories have been scattered to different dimensions. The bishop send Syaoran and Sakura to the space time witch for help. Now they are on a journey to save Sakura with some companions.

My name is Soul.Today i finally got 99 souls! I just need a witch soul and then i become a Death Scythe but then i screwed up and ate a cat soul!!! Now i have to start all over again! What a dumb pain! My partner Maka is so childish but she is really good at heart. I just wish she was a little hotter . . . She's so flat. This is the worst day ever!!!
